Organizations and Accounts

This section explains the relationship between Accounts and Organizations within Wherobots Cloud.

Account: An individual's unique login credentials (username and password) used to access Wherobots Cloud. You need an Account to access your Organization.

Organization: A shared workspace where up to 5 members with individual Accounts can¹:

• Run geospatial data queries in notebooks
• Upload geospatial data
• Connect to external data sources
• Access public geospatial datasets
• Schedule Job Runs
• Create maps and visualizations
• Utilize WherobotsAI

An Organization is created by an Admin and has its own associated settings, resources, members, and roles. For more information on the Admin and User roles, see Organization Roles.
