This section explains the relationship between Accounts and Organizations within Wherobots Cloud.

Account

In Wherobots Cloud, an Account refers to an individual’s unique login credentials (username and password) used to access Wherobots Cloud. You need an Account to access your Organization.

Organization

In Wherobots Cloud, an Organization is a shared workspace where members with individual Accounts can:
  • Run geospatial data queries in notebooks
  • Upload geospatial data
  • Connect to external data sources
  • Access public geospatial datasets
  • Schedule Job Runs
  • Create maps and visualizations
  • Utilize WherobotsAI
An Organization is created by an Admin and has its own associated settings, resources, members, and roles. For more information on the Admin and User roles, see Organization Roles.
