Automated Retirement Policy
A Wherobots Organization is considered inactive and scheduled for automatic retirement when both of the following conditions are met:- The Organization in question is a Wherobots Community Edition Organization.
- There has been no authenticated activity in the Organization for the past 90 days.
What happens when a Community Organization is retired?
Once an Organization is retired due to inactivity, it is no longer accessible or usable.How to keep your Community Organization active
To prevent your Community Edition Organization from being retired, perform an action that requires Wherobots Cloud authentication at least once every 90 days. Examples of such actions include any of the following:- Logging in to Wherobots Cloud
- Starting a Wherobots runtime
- Viewing a notebook on Wherobots Cloud
