ST_ForceRHR (Python)

Apply right-hand-rule orientation to polygonal components. This is an alias for ST_ForcePolygonCW. Polygonal members of GeometryCollections are processed recursively, while non-polygonal members are preserved unchanged. SQL reference: ST_ForceRHR
