Return the name of the active geometry column Returns a name if a GeoDataFrame has an active geometry column set, otherwise returns None. The return type is usually a string, but may be an integer, tuple or other hashable, depending on the contents of the dataframe columns. You can also access the active geometry column using the .geometry property. You can set a GeoSeries to be an active geometry using the set_geometry method.
