Action Required: New Changes to Single Sign-On (SSO) Configuration
Action Required: If you have previously configured Single Sign-On (SSO) for your organization, you must re-configure it following this update. After the update, your existing SSO configuration will be disabled until you reconfigure it in both Wherobots and your Identity Provider (IdP). Due to the nature of this update, we cannot perform this migration on your behalf. In the meantime, your organization members can continue to log in to Wherobots using their email and password. You can re-enable SAML SSO by following the instructions below after the update is live:- Navigate to the Security page on the Wherobots Cloud Console.
- Scroll to the SSO Configuration section and click Add domain.
- Follow the steps in the wizard to verify your domain with Wherobots.
- Return to the Security page.
- Click Setup SSO.
- Follow the steps in the wizard to complete the SSO setup with Wherobots and your IdP.
