# ST_EqualsIdentical (Python)

> Check whether two geometries are structurally identical in every dimension.

Check whether two geometries are structurally identical in every dimension.

Geometry types, component ordering, vertex ordering, dimensionality, and all
coordinate values must match exactly. NaN ordinate values compare equal to
other NaN values.
