# ST_Box2D (Python)

> Get the planar bounding box (Box2D) of a geometry.

Get the planar bounding box (Box2D) of a geometry.

Returns NULL for null or empty input.

## Signature

ST_Box2D(geometry: ColumnOrName) -> Column
