We have overhauled our authentication system to provide more flexible and secure ways to access Wherobots Cloud. You can now log in using your Google or GitHub accounts for a streamlined experience.

Additionally, we've introduced support for registering your account with passkeys, allowing for faster and more secure sign-in using your device's biometrics (fingerprint, face) or screen lock.

As part of these enhancements:

• If you have logged out or if your session has expired, you will be prompted to reset your password the next time you try to log in.

Action Required: New Changes to Single Sign-On (SSO) Configuration

Action Required: If you have previously configured Single Sign-On (SSO) for your organization, you must re-configure it following this update.

After the update, your existing SSO configuration will be disabled until you reconfigure it in both Wherobots and your Identity Provider (IdP). Due to the nature of this update, we cannot perform this migration on your behalf. In the meantime, your organization members can continue to log in to Wherobots using their email and password.

You can re-enable SAML SSO by following the instructions below after the update is live:

1. Navigate to the Security page on the Wherobots Cloud Console.
2. Scroll to the SSO Configuration section and click Add domain.
3. Follow the steps in the wizard to verify your domain with Wherobots.
4. Return to the Security page.
5. Click Setup SSO.
6. Follow the steps in the wizard to complete the SSO setup with Wherobots and your IdP.
