# Reset Your Wherobots Password

> Learn how to reset your Wherobots password if you've forgotten it or need to change it for security reasons.

<Note>
  Password reset is only available for accounts that sign in with email and password. If your organization uses
  [SAML-based SSO](/get-started/organization-management/configuring-saml), reset your password with your
  identity provider instead.

## Initiate password reset

<Steps>
  <Step>
    Visit the [Wherobots sign-in page](https://cloud.wherobots.com/auth/signin).
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Enter the email address associated with your Wherobots account and click **Continue**.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    On the password screen, click **Forgot your password?**.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Confirm your email address and submit the form. Wherobots will email you a password reset link.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Open the email and click the reset link. The link opens a secure page where you can choose a new password.

      Always use a strong password for your account and avoid using passwords that you've used on other sites.

  <Step>
    Submit your new password to complete the reset.

Once your password is updated, return to the [sign-in page](https://cloud.wherobots.com/auth/signin) and log in with your new password.
