# Organizations and Accounts

> Understand the relationship between Accounts and Organizations in Wherobots Cloud.

This section explains the relationship between **Accounts** and **Organizations** within Wherobots Cloud.

## Account

In Wherobots Cloud, an **Account** refers to an individual's unique login credentials (username and password) used to access Wherobots Cloud. You need an Account to access your Organization.

## Organization

In Wherobots Cloud, an **Organization** is a shared workspace where members with individual Accounts can:

* Run geospatial data queries in notebooks
* Upload geospatial data
* Connect to external data sources
* Access public geospatial datasets
* Schedule Job Runs
* Create maps and visualizations
* Utilize WherobotsAI

An Organization is created by an Admin and has its own associated settings, resources, members, and roles.
