# Cancel Your Subscription

> This guide details how to cancel your Professional or Enterprise Edition Organization.

This guide details how to cancel your Professional or Enterprise Edition Organization. You must cancel your subscription before you can request Organization deletion in [Organization Settings](https://cloud.wherobots.com/organization). For more information on deleting your Organization, see [Delete Your Organization](/get-started/organization-info/delete-organization/).

## Canceling a Professional Edition Organization

    If you signed up via Direct Billing (credit card or bank account), you can cancel your Organization directly in Wherobots Cloud:

    1. Log in to [Wherobots Cloud](https://cloud.wherobots.com/).
    2. Go to [**Organization Settings > Billing**](https://cloud.wherobots.com/organization#billing).
    3. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

    After cancellation, your Organization will be downgraded to the Community Edition at the end of your current billing period.

## Enterprise Edition Organization

Enterprise Edition Organizations are managed through a contract with Wherobots and cannot be canceled through self-serve controls in Wherobots Cloud. In the **Billing** section of **Organization Settings**, you will see a **"Contact Sales to Manage Subscription"** link instead of a cancel option.
